Went down to investigate a one-way audio issue for a customer. Had difficulty replicating the problem. I was able to capture some ethernet sniffer traces of some issues that they were experiencing. Hard to give an update at this time, since I don’t want to give partial information, so I guess I’ll give another status update for the customer in a couple of weeks.
