Well, first of all, if you live in California, ETFs just became illegal. But, if you don’t, then there’s always this carefuly constructed script (via YouTube) to outline the (not so easy) steps necessary to escape the ETF at the end of the rainbow.
However, don’t get too excited just yet, Matthew Sullivan, spokesperson for Sprint-Nextel added “that Sabraw’s ruling was tentative and that she has given Sprint Nextel’s attorneys the opportunity to file a rebuttal before she considers making it permanent.”
And “Nonetheless, Sabraw preserved a portion of the jury’s verdict,” speaking of an earlier case ruling in favor of Sprint-Nextel, “and used that to scale back the amount of refunds the suit,” speaking this time about the class-action lawsuit against early termination fees, “initially had sought.”
For those outside of California who cannot delay cancellation until there is a ruling which benefits them, see the first paragraph above. Fly! Be Free!
