I’ve discovered that Steam is not yet fully W7 compatible.  A few games won’t launch from Steam unless Steam is running with elevated privileges.

I’m really annoyed that W7 removed the ability to “minimize all” from a program group.  (e.g., you have seven MSIE windows open and you want to minimize them all, you used to be able to right-select the MSIE group on the task bar and choose “minimize all”, but in W7, you can’t do that with Aero preview enabled.)
