Post Levels

Post Levels, originally authored by Filipe Fortes, last updated February 16, 2007.  After being abandoned by  the original author, I decided to take up the project without consulting with him, using his code as a basis for my own Post Levels plugin.

I began my take on this project on Dec 11, 2008.

I opened a bugtracker for the project, as I anticipate needing this feature indefinitely going forward.  I have a lot of information I would like to add to the blog for my own use (or for the use of a limited subset of people.)
