For a large (Option 61C/81C, or Single-Group/Multi-Group) system, LOOP ALL checks all digital line cards for unplugged digital sets.  For an small (Option 11C or Chassis/Cabinet) system, LOOP x checks each digital line card specified for unplugged digital sets.

Tasks

• Note any NWS error codes and the TNs identified.  If any unexpected TNs disable during this routine, troubleshoot/remove said TNs.
